Our Team

After completing graduate school, he was engaged in IT strategy planning, large-scale projects including core systems, the establishment of a security organization, and governance at Japan's largest life insurance company. He then joined a global consulting firm, where he led a wide range of initiatives for multiple insurance companies, including enterprise-wide core system modernization, consulting and AI implementation projects, and talent development. He joined Xspear Consulting in 2026. His strengths lie in driving long-term, large-scale projects from planning and design through to implementation.
