After graduating from university, he worked on PMI operations in the head office sales planning and promotion department
at a global non-life insurance company. He later held a key position in a project supporting the launch of new digital-driven businesses for financial institutions and telecommunications carriers at a global consulting firm. He has experience in providing end-to-end support, from planning and developing business ideas to assisting with sales expansion after launch. He joined Xspear Consulting in 2024, where he is leading projects such as new business strategy formulation, market research, and sales strategy development.
