After working for a domestic credit card company, he joined global and domestic consulting firms, where he worked as a financial consultant mainly on strategy and business transformation projects. Leveraging his background in payments, he has extensive experience in projects for payment-related companies, including product and service strategy development, improvement of credit risk and collections, marketing strategy formulation, and planning for entry into new payment businesses. He joined Xspear Consulting in 2026.
