After working at an SIer and a domestic general consulting firm, he joined Xspear Consulting in February 2026. Leveraging his diverse industry experience across education, financial services, the public sector, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and distribution, he has been engaged in system development and consulting from requirements definition through operations and maintenance. In particular, on large-scale financial projects, he served as the overall PMO, driving the development of project standards, decision-making support, and progress management. In an education ICT project, he led the stabilization of operational quality as well as the establishment and institutionalization of project governance.
