After graduating from university, they worked at two global management consulting firms before joining Xspear Consulting in 2025. They have been engaged in a wide range of consulting services across diverse industries—including finance, telecommunications, the public sector, trading companies, and manufacturing—such as system implementation support, business requirements definition, business process analysis and improvement, and project management in large-scale and multi-vendor environments, including global projects involving cross-functional teams across Japan, the United States, India, Singapore, Australia, Poland, and the Philippines.
