After graduating from university, he worked at a megabank and Accenture before joining Xspear Consulting in 2023. He has been leading a broad range of projects, mainly in the financial and manufacturing industries. These include DX/IT-driven strategy development, new business planning, organizational transformation, regulatory compliance, and strengthening governance frameworks.
