He brings roughly 20 years of development and operations experience as an SE, PM and PdM across an SIer, a global hotel company, and a domestic media company, including overseas assignments. He then joined McKinsey & Company, where he worked on DX strategy, core system renewals, IT cost optimization, e-commerce top-line improvement, and due diligence across the financial, manufacturing and public sectors. He joined Xspear Consulting in 2025. His strengths include translating digital strategy into large-scale system and operational transformation.
