After graduating from university, they worked at a domestic management consulting firm and joined Xspear Consulting in 2025. They have led a wide range of projects across the telecommunications, financial, energy, and manufacturing sectors, including new business strategy, growth strategy, DX promotion, and business transformation. They have particular strength in launching new services, with extensive experience from tech-enabled business concept development and PoCs through to implementation and scaling.
