After graduating from university, he joined Accenture, where he worked on large-scale DX projects for consumer goods and retail clients in the Manufacturing and Distribution Division. He joined Xspear Consulting in January 2022, where he worked on company-wide initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency projects for online securities firms. He later worked on an ERP global rollout for a chemical manufacturer and an ERP implementation project for the construction industry. His strengths are in launching to full-scale implementation of large-scale DX projects, as well as driving change management to achieve transformation.
