After graduating from university, he joined a global management consulting firm. There, he oversaw a wide range of projects in the entertainment and media industry, including planning and supporting new businesses, formulating overseas expansion strategies, developing and executing cost-reduction strategies, designing future-state accounting systems, and strengthening governance. He joined Xspear Consulting in 2022 and has driven projects in the same industry, promoting new business, marketing, and operational improvement.
