After completing graduate school, he joined Simplex, where he was involved in numerous system development projects. He later held a key position as a lead consultant on projects for major financial institutions in industries such as the insurance and securities sectors. Leveraging his expertise in both IT and operations, he has led consulting projects across a wide range of areas, including IT strategy planning, business process improvement, and new service rollout.
