After graduating from university, he worked as a news program director at NHK and a project leader at Boston Consulting Group before becoming involved with the launch of Xspear Consulting. His strengths lie in DX strategy formulation, human resources and organizational design, and M&A/post-merger integration (PMI) in the financial sector. He was appointed as an Executive Officer in April 2025.
