After graduating from university, he worked at a Japanese management consulting firm before joining Xspear Consulting in 2024. He has been involved in a broad range of consulting projects, mainly in the financial industry, including business strategy formulation, new business planning, operational reform, organizational restructuring, and IT governance compliance. He possesses extensive experience supporting clients in the life and non-life insurance industries and the payment industry and has extensive experience in supporting management agenda planning and execution at various companies.
