He has overseen a wide range of projects, including serving as project manager for large-scale projects for major life insurers and supporting the launch of an online life insurance company. Since joining Xspear Consulting, he has overseen projects in the financial industry and public sector, leveraging expertise in IT and project management to investigate and promote AI usage in existing systems and IT organizational restructuring.
