After graduating from university, he gained experience in system design, development, and implementation at the IT subsidiary of a Japanese manufacturing company. He later joined a Japanese management consulting firm, mainly focusing on IT strategy formulation and implementation support. He has been involved in a broad range of projects across various industries, including new business strategies, growth strategies, PMI promotion, and business transformation. He joined Xspear Consulting in 2023.
