They joined Accenture as a new graduate in 2008 and spent 12 years working on system-development PMO activities for financial institutions, as well as consulting on risk management and regulatory compliance. During that period they also undertook approximately one year of pro bono work in Bangladesh. They later joined PwC Consulting, where they advised non-financial clients in industries such as manufacturing and telecommunications on enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, and conduct risk. They joined Xspear Consulting in 2024 and are currently active across industries with a strong focus on DX.
