After working at both global and domestic major consulting firms, as well as a leading financial IT company, he joined Xspear Consulting in 2025. He has been involved in a wide range of projects spanning business and IT, primarily in the financial industry, including digital transformation initiatives, new service planning, business process improvement, large-scale system development PMO, establishment and implementation of project management standards, and support for system planning, requirements definition, and development.
