After graduating from university, he worked at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Accenture, and served as a partner at a Japanese management consulting firm before joining Xspear Consulting. He has led a wide range of engagements in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors, including new business planning, mid-term corporate planning, strategic formulation, marketing strategy development and execution, and end-to-end supply chain management—from grand design to DX implementation. His strengths are cross-functional, end-to-end transformation programs that connect strategy, marketing, and SCM with digital delivery.
