After completing graduate school, he worked at the Tokyo and New York offices of a U.S. consulting firm before joining Xspear Consulting. He has been involved in a broad range of projects, including global strategy formulation, governance, and IT/operations integration, across industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, and finance, spanning Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
